Frequently asked questions

  • Is there a telephone number I can use?
    We are sorry but this service is unavailable. You can use the contact button, email or the chat button to get in touch. We promise to do our best to answer within 24 business hours.
  • What is your contact email address?
    If you would like to email an enquiry the email address is: crystalstalstargems@hotmail.co.uk.
  • I have lost my file, can you help?"
    Yes, indeed we can. Just send us a message, with as much information as you possibly can. Once your original order has been verified we will resend the file(s) to you. Please allow 24 business hours.
  • I have found a mistake in the pattern, what should I do?"
    If you think you found an error, we apologise sincerely for the inconvenience. Please do get in touch and let us know the details and we will investigate. We always appreciate you taking the time to get in touch and to let us know. If there is indeed an error, we will fix the file and you will receive an updated copy of the file as soon as possible.
  • Can I ask for a materials list?
    Yes you can. Simply fill in the form on the 'contact us' and let us know which tutorial you would like the materials list for, don't forget to provide an email address.
  • Can I sell an item I make from one of your patterns?
    Yes you can. This does not give you permission to mass produce a design in anyway, but making a few to sell is absolutely fine. Please be kind and mention the Designers name if you do.
  • Can I share the pattern?
    No. You may not share or copy the PDF file. Printing for your own personal use is accepted.
